Contribute to the execution of key mandates within the Technology sector, focusing on Software, AI, and FinTech. Responsibilities include preparing presentations, performing valuation analysis, and developing financial models for M&A and capital markets transactions.
Requires 1-5 years of experience in investment banking or corporate advisory with a strong academic record and a bachelor's degree. Candidates must possess strong foundational skills in financial modelling and a genuine interest in the technology sector.
As a Principal in Barrenjoey's Corporate Finance team, you will contribute to the execution of key mandates across our Technology sector coverage. We work with clients across a variety of financial products, including public and private financial advisory, mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financings.
In your role, you will support all stages of transaction execution with a particular focus on the preparation of presentations, valuation analysis and financial modelling. You will be working within a dedicated Technology team based in Sydney with a specific focus on Software, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and FinTech.
