Bárd na nGleann, a leading provider of technical writing services, is looking for an Office Operations Coordinator to join the team.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Office Coordinator with strong technical skills and a proactive approach to learning. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using a range of digital tools, willing to embrace new technologies, and capable of supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the office.
It will ideally suit an experienced administrator who is looking for that next step in their career in a role in a fast-paced, international, technology company.
This is a full-time position- 32 hours per week- over 4 days.
This role will be based at our Bárd offices in Ballingeary, Co.Cork for an initial training period of 3 months with a hybrid option thereafter.
Coordinate daily office activities and administrative processes
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Process payroll
Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims
Track budgets and monitor office-related expenditure
Maintain office policies, procedures, and documentation
Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements
previous administration/accounting experience
proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
experience with Xero
problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
a confident communicator with excellent telephone skills
highly organised with a systematic approach
ability to prioritise multiple projects/conflicting priorities
strong PC /IT and Microsoft office skills
