The Business Analyst will identify and analyze business requirements to support strategic objectives and deliver high-performing solutions within the Finance Data Transformation team. They will collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet operational needs.
Candidates should have experience across the full project lifecycle using Agile methodologies and proficiency in tools like JIRA and Confluence. Strong analytical skills, experience in the financial services industry, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements are essential.
