Join us as a Technical Product Owner at Barclays where you will spearhead the evolution of our infrastructure and deployment pipelines, driving innovation and operational excellence. You will harness cutting-edge technology to build and manage robust, scalable and secure Digital infrastructure, ensuring seamless delivery of our digital solutions. You will collaborate with data scientists and other stakeholders to build and deploy machine learning models and support data-driven decision-making within the organization
To be successful as a Technical Product Owner, you should have experience with:
Demonstrable experience of working with and managing a broad range of stakeholders in a matrix environment
Considerable understanding of Customer journey management and improvement
Strong problem solving capability.
Experience of using data to make decisions and recommendations
Knowledge and application of agile ways of working methodology including JIRA
Considerable commercial acumen
Regulatory compliance management experience
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience in Tech Product Ownership roles.
Experience in AI Banking Companion product design
Experience in Agentic AI, Gen AI and Conversational Banking
