Are you a manager extraordinaire? A born leader ready to take the reins and lead the way? Then we’ve got the perfect job for you. We’re looking for a branch manager to join us in Nelson.
This is a practical leadership role for someone who can drive profitable sales growth, run a clean operation, build customer relationships, and get the best out of their team.
Reporting to the National Business Manager, you will take ownership of branch performance across sales, margin, customer service, inventory, health and safety, and day-to-day operations.
You will:
You are a confident, practical people leader who knows how to keep a branch moving. You understand that strong performance comes from clear expectations, good customer relationships, disciplined execution, and a team that knows what it is doing. Revolutionary stuff, apparently.
You will bring:
Battery, automotive, or industrial experience would be useful, but leadership, commercial discipline, and customer focus matter most.
This is a chance to lead a key regional branch in a well-established national business with a strong reputation in the New Zealand battery market.
You will have real ownership, visible impact, and the opportunity to grow the branch by leading from the front.
