Responsible for the complete product lifecycle, including development, marketing, financial results, and quality assurance for ENT and dermatology specialties. The role involves developing B2C online marketing campaigns and building a professional network of physicians.
Requires a marketing-related HBO or WO degree (such as NIMA-A/B) and 2-5 years of marketing experience. Proven experience in pharma or medical devices is mandatory, with specific ENT industry experience being a plus.

Wat houdt je werk in?
Ter aanvulling van de afdeling Product Management zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega met een goede dosis energie! Je vindt het leuk om in een dynamische omgeving samen te werken. Als Product Manager speel jij een belangrijke rol in het verder professionaliseren van de marketingafdeling waarbij jij, zowel tactisch als strategisch, verantwoordelijk bent voor de complete levenscyclus van een product zoals productontwikkeling, marketing, financiële resultaten en kwaliteitszorg. Ondersteuning, marketingmaterialen en congressen behoren onder andere tot jouw taken waarbij jij producten en productgroepen onder jouw hoede krijgt. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Marketing & Sales Manager.
In deze rol bouw je actief aan een sterk eigen netwerk van bijvoorbeeld artsen en houd je met je voelsprieten continu de marktontwikkelingen in de gaten. Je denkt strategisch mee over de groei van kno-winkel.nl en vertaalt kansen naar effectieve B2C (online) marketingcampagnes. Van het ontwikkelen en opzetten van campagnes tot het versterken van onze positie in de markt: jij weet hoe je de juiste doelgroep bereikt én in beweging krijgt.
Kortom, een hele diverse rol met een grote mate van zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid.
Wie ben jij?
Jij bent een betrokken Product Manager met een enthousiaste persoonlijkheid met relevante werkervaring. Je beschikt over de volgende competenties:
Je hebt een marketing gerelateerde HBO- of WO studie afgerond zoals NIMA-A/B;
Je hebt minimaal 2-5 jaar werkervaring in de marketing;
Aantoonbare branche ervaring binnen de farma of medical devices is noodzakelijk;
Aantoonbare werkervaring in de KNO-branche is een pré;
Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in zowel woord als geschrift;
Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B;
Je bent klant- en oplossingsgericht;
Je bent ambitieus, overtuigend en communicatief sterk;
Wegens de wereldwijde dekking van BAP Medical is het belangrijk dat je goed in kunt spelen op cultuurverschillen;
Je kunt snel schakelen en bent flexibel;
