The Mortgage Loan Processor coordinates residential loan files from application to closing by reviewing documentation and verifying borrower information. They collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and third parties to ensure files are complete and compliant with regulatory guidelines.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with previous experience in mortgage processing or residential lending. Candidates should have working knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan programs and proficiency with Encompass or similar LOS software.
The Mortgage Loan Processor plays a key role in the residential lending process by preparing, reviewing, and coordinating mortgage loan files from application through closing. This position works closely with loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and other internal departments to ensure loan files are complete, accurate, and compliant while providing exceptional service throughout the process.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $38,000.00 - $48,000.00/year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.
