The Relationship Banker is responsible for acquiring new banking relationships and deepening existing ones by providing custom financial solutions. They also provide account servicing, resolve customer issues, and educate clients on digital banking tools.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 5 years of retail banking experience. Proficiency in consumer lending products and possession of or eligibility for an NMLS ID are required.
The Relationship Banker is responsible for providing a distinctive customer experience while performing sales and service activities at their branch location. Time is predominantly spent establishing new and deepening existing customer relationships, meeting a broad range of financial service needs.
The Relationship Banker consistently reflects the Bank Five Nine branch, is well networked, and a lead contributor of branch sales growth.
