Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in structured finance and credit across EMEA, with a proven track record in complex transaction execution. A Master's degree in Finance or equivalent is required, along with proficiency in English.

Santander Corporate & Investment Banking is looking for a Sales- Structuring Executive Director based out of Madrid.

10+ years of experience in structured finance, structured credit, real estate finance, trading, origination and underwriting across EMEA.
Strong track record in structuring and executing complex financing solutions for institutional clients.
Proven ability to originate, structure, negotiate and manage transactions with a disciplined risk framework and strong focus on execution quality.
Experience leading teams and working closely with trading, sales, syndication, legal and risk functions in large international institutions
Master in Finance or equivalent
