The Staff Attorney supports immigration case work, conducts legal research, and prepares complex legal filings and memoranda. They also provide leadership to assigned teams, assist with case strategy, and guide clients through immigration processes.
Candidates must hold a J.D. degree and be licensed to practice law in the U.S. Experience in business immigration law is preferred, along with excellent communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.

OVERVIEW:
The Staff Attorney aids the assigned team(s) in the filing of immigration case work and may also be required to ‘float’ among teams, providing temporary support and coverage. This role also conducts legal research and assists with the preparation of complex written projects for immigration cases. The employee may work with large teams, complex or high-profile cases.
