The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business through outbound and inbound sales activities while nurturing existing customer relationships. This role involves managing inquiries, conducting virtual demos, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and proven experience in inside sales or customer service. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage outbound calls and sales leads are required.
SUMMARY: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing customer relationships, and supporting overall sales growth. This role focuses on outbound and inbound sales activities conducted via phone, email, and virtual meetings. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, goal-driven, and skilled at building rapport.
