The Litigation Paralegal supports attorneys through all phases of the litigation process, including drafting legal pleadings and managing case files. Key duties include coordinating depositions, summarizing medical records, and maintaining professional communication with clients and courts.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of personal injury litigation experience and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in legal drafting and medical record summarization are required.
