Im Zuge dessen gehören administrative Prozesse und intensiver Austausch mit unserem Backoffice sowie der Marketingabteilung genauso zu deinen täglichen Arbeitsinhalten, wie ausgiebige Verkaufs- und Verhandlungsgespräche im Namen der Firma Bacardi.
Besonders in unserer national agierenden Sales Unit ist es unabdingbar, dass du höchst selbstständig arbeitest. Quartals- oder jahresbezogene KPIs müssen in Eigenregie geplant, umgesetzt und dokumentiert werden. Angebote und Vereinbarungen erstellst du – mit Hilfe umfangreicher Guidelines und nach Absprache mit deinem Line Manager – selbsttätig.
