The Operations Officer is responsible for the smooth running of Babyzone delivery days, including setting up equipment and managing front-of-house duties. They also provide support to class leaders, supervise volunteers, and ensure a welcoming environment for families.
Candidates should possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage daily operations effectively. A commitment to safeguarding and the Babyzone mission is essential for this role.

The need for support in early childhood development has never been more critical. We serve families who struggle to access support elsewhere - due to financial, geographic, or cultural barriers - by offering free, evidence-based classes and resources in premium, fully accessible community hubs.
Role Details
· Salary: £14.80 per hour (London Living Wage)
· Contract: Part-time, permanent, term-time only
· Hours: Mondays, term-time only (8:30am - 3:00pm)
· Location: Babyzone Brent Hub, Brent Hub Community Enterprise Centre, NW10 8BN
· Start Date: as soon as possible
