Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to make a tangible impact? Join us as a Land Acquisition Manager and help secure the foundation for future photovoltaic (PV) projects. With us, you’ll work in a dynamic environment that values collaboration, innovation, and sustainability.
What you will do:
Identify and engage with landowners of targeted lands.
Visit identified sites to assess their potential.
Analyze opportunities for land acquisition and project feasibility.
Use specialized software to estimate technical parameters of PV plants.
Prepare technical and financial offers for land acquisition projects.
Draft and negotiate land rights contracts with landowners.
Monitor regulatory frameworks and ensure compliance.
Collaborate proactively to update GIS systems in line with regulatory changes.
Maintain CRM systems with scheduled updates and reporting.
What you bring & who you are:
Experience in land acquisition, ideally in the renewable energy sector.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in software tools for PV plant estimation.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to land rights and energy projects.
Team-oriented and proactive approach to collaboration.
Ideally, experience with GIS systems and CRM tools.
