We are seeking a highly motivated Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our global Quality Engineering organization. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, scalability, and performance of our networking products and cloud-managed solutions through advanced test automation, system validation, and AI-assisted quality engineering practices.
The successful candidate will design and develop automation frameworks, create automated test suites, and validate end-to-end networking features across embedded software, cloud services, APIs, and network infrastructure components. The candidate is expected to leverage modern AI-powered development and automation tools to improve engineering productivity, testing efficiency, and product quality.
This role requires strong software automation skills (Python and robot framework), networking expertise (experience testing routers/router-wifi, Wi-Fi systems), system-level troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to drive continuous quality improvements across the product lifecycle.

Requirements:
BS or MS in Electronics, Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with at least 8 years of relevant testing automation experience.
Extensive knowledge and experience in Python and robot framework.
Working experience in API and Cloud automation/scripting.
Experienced with developing or testing of Service Provider/Enterprise switch products / CPEs and cloud platform solutions.
Practical experience applying AIs
Be highly flexible to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Being self-motivated, dedicated, focused, and able to meet demanding project schedules with minimal supervision.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Strong English Language skills, verbal and written.
