Multiple 1st and 2nd Shift schedules available
Inspect painted aerospace components for quality, workmanship, and specification compliance
Utilize inspection tools and documentation to support production quality standards
Qualifications
Minimum two (2) years of manufacturing, inspection, aerospace, paint, or finishing experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications
Experience performing visual inspections and identifying defects, surface imperfections, or workmanship concerns
Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate cosmetic and quality standards
Experience in paint, coating, finishing, or aerospace manufacturing environments preferred
