Lead and supervise aircraft maintenance personnel to ensure all activities comply with FAA regulations and company procedures. Coordinate daily production activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time aircraft deliveries.
Requires an FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate, a high school diploma, and at least 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience. Candidates must be eligible for the Repair Station Electronic Roster and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.
