Provide front-line technical support to customers via telephone and on-site visits to resolve product issues. Collaborate with internal engineering, production, and sales teams to analyze field failures and implement product improvements.
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, able to interpret wiring diagrams, and available to work weekends. Familiarity with aircraft systems and computer networks is preferred but not mandatory.
Job Purpose:
The Product Support Engineer position will provide front line product support to customers utilizing Avionica products. This support will typically be telephone based, but may include on-site support in cases where deemed beneficial. The product support engineer will work with engineering, production, quality, and sales staff within Avionica throughout the life cycle of the product to promptly analyze and resolve customer needs arising from use of Avionica products.
