Support the European marketing team with content creation, social media, email campaigns, and website management. Actively participate in the implementation, testing, and optimization of AI solutions to improve marketing efficiency.
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (HBO) in Marketing, Communication, or a similar field, preferably in the 3rd or 4th year. Must be proficient in both Dutch and English with a strong curiosity for AI and a proactive mindset.

Marketing verandert razendsnel. AI wordt een vast onderdeel van het marketingvak, maar uiteindelijk draait het nog steeds om sterke verhalen, slimme campagnes en echte verbinding maken met klanten.
Tijdens deze Marketing & AI stage draai je volledig mee in ons ervaren Europese marketingteam dat vier landen ondersteunt vanuit het kantoor in Utrecht. We werken nauw samen met sales en geloven dat marketing pas echt impact maakt wanneer het verbonden is met de business. Je werkt mee aan contentcreatie, social media, e-mailmarketing, websitebeheer en campagnes. Tegelijk ontdek je hoe AI deze werkzaamheden slimmer, sneller en effectiever maakt. Je helpt mee met de implementatie van nieuwe AI-oplossingen en leert hoe een moderne marketingorganisatie AI inzet om meer ruimte te creëren voor creativiteit, kwaliteit en samenwerking.
Dit is geen stage waarin je alleen uitvoert. Je krijgt de kans om mee te denken, ideeën aan te dragen en te experimenteren met nieuwe manieren van werken.
Tijdens deze stage werk je mee aan uiteenlopende marketingactiviteiten. Naarmate je je draai hebt gevonden, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en de ruimte om eigen projecten op te pakken.

Meewerken aan social media-content en contentplanning
Opzetten en versturen van e-mailcampagnes in Zoho
Websitepagina's maken, optimaliseren en beheren
Ondersteunen bij klantverhalen, interviews en succesverhalen
Meedenken over campagnes en marketingacties
Content publiceren en verspreiden via verschillende kanalen
Resultaten analyseren en verbeteringen voorstellen
AI & Marketing Innovatie
AI is een belangrijk onderdeel van onze manier van werken. Daarom krijg je ook de kans om hier actief aan mee te bouwen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:
Meelopen in de ontwikkeling en het testen van AI-oplossingen voor marketing
AI-output beoordelen en helpen verbeteren
Experimenteren met prompts en workflows
Documenteren van werkwijzen en best practices
Meedenken over hoe AI onze marketing slimmer en efficiënter kan maken
Je hoeft geen AI-expert te zijn. Nieuwsgierigheid en de wil om te experimenteren vinden wij veel belangrijker.
Je volgt een hbo-opleiding in Marketing, Communicatie of een vergelijkbare richting (3e of 4e jaar).
Je vindt het leuk om content te maken en wilt ontdekken hoe AI het marketingvak verandert.
Je bent nieuwsgierig, zelfstandig en neemt initiatief.
Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels goed in woord en geschrift.
Je denkt graag mee over verbeteringen en nieuwe ideeën.
Stagevergoeding van €600,- bruto p.m.
