Design and build modern analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, implementing medallion architectures and AI-enabled experiences. Lead client-facing workshops to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions for senior stakeholders.
Requires 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse and strong proficiency in DAX, SQL, and Python. Candidates must have a proven track record of delivering production-ready analytics solutions and experience in client-facing consulting.

We are hiring a Microsoft BI (Fabric) Engineer to join our Report Practice. In this role, you will design and build modern analytics solutions on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI for our clients, covering Lakehouses, Warehouses, semantic models, pipelines, notebooks, and AI-enabled experiences. This is a client-facing consulting role: you will run workshops, lead requirements gathering, and present to senior stakeholders. We are looking for someone who already works in an AI-forward way, using modern AI tools to deliver faster rather than just talking about them.
