As such, we are looking for a front-facing Total Rewards Partner (m/f/d) to serve as the primary point of contact for reward queries across the business. You will translate compensation and benefits data into clear, actionable guidance for HRBPs, hiring managers and employees — keeping AUTODOC's reward programmes running accurately, compliantly and competitively across all operating markets.
