The Painting Apprentice will assist with surface preparation, applying paint using various tools, and interpreting project plans. Duties also include handling materials and maintaining equipment to ensure high-quality finishes on residential and commercial sites.
Candidates must have a genuine interest in the trade, physical fitness for manual labor, and a positive, reliable attitude. A White Card is required, and applicants must hold valid working rights in Australia.

skilled painters, you will gain valuable hands-on experience,
mentoring, and ongoing support throughout your
apprenticeship.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a
Painting Apprentice, your duties will include:
Carrying
out measurements and basic calculations
Reading
and interpreting plans and specifications
Erecting
and maintaining trestle and plank systems
Handling
painting and decorating materials
Using
painting and decorating tools and equipment
Removing
and replacing doors, windows, and components
Preparing
surfaces for painting
Applying
paint using brushes and rollers
Applying
textured coating finishes by brush, roller, roller, and
spray

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT
To be
eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship, you must be an
Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or have full working rights
