The Sales Associate is responsible for managing the entire customer journey at the AP House in Zurich, from reception and needs analysis to sales and after-sales care. They focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships with luxury clients and managing their own customer portfolio.
Candidates need at least 3 years of experience in the luxury segment and proficiency in both German and English. Strong CRM skills and a passion for the luxury industry, ideally in watches or jewelry, are required.
