The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for gathering and organizing necessary information for client benefits renewals and maintaining accurate records. This includes collaborating with insurance carriers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of renewal documents and 5500 forms.
Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor's degree in business or human resources and have proven experience in benefits administration or client services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a Life, Accident, and Health brokerage license are preferred.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Benefits Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and organizing necessary information for client renewals. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining excellent client relationships.
