The HCM Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new prospects within a defined territory while managing existing client relationships. They will create high-impact presentations and maintain a robust sales funnel to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of consultative software sales experience and possess strong organizational and relationship-building skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a valid U.S. Driver's License is required for the role.

The ideal candidate will live in the Cherry Hill, NJ area.
How you will contribute
Our HCM Sales Executive is responsible for building business relationships with new perspective clients as well as current customers and creating new revenue opportunities for the company’s platform of Human Capital Management solutions.
Qualifications
Compensation
The on target earnings (OTE) range for this position is $110,000 - $133,000 annually, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package includes an uncapped commission structure. Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits.
