Shape the Future of Oncology Care
We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Brand Manager to lead the continued growth and success of Imfinzi across Belgium and Luxembourg. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced pharmaceutical marketer to drive brand performance, develop innovative go-to-market strategies, and make a meaningful impact for patients within a rapidly evolving oncology landscape.
As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the local brand strategy, delivering strong commercial results, and partnering cross-functionally to maximise the value of all current and future indications within the portfolio.
What You'll Do
Strategic Brand Leadership
Develop and execute local brand strategies aligned with global objectives and tailored to customer and market needs.
Drive brand performance and deliver budgeted or above-target sales growth for Imfinzi.
Continuously monitor the market environment and adapt brand plans to maximise opportunities and mitigate risks.
Champion the brand internally and externally, ensuring strong engagement and alignment across stakeholders.
Customer & Market Insight
Gather, analyse, and apply customer, market and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions.
Leverage market research, sales feedback, promotional analysis and performance data to optimise brand activities.
Act as the subject matter expert for the product, disease area, competitive landscape and market dynamics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead and align cross-functional brand teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Partner closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Finance, Compliance and Global Brand teams.
Support field teams with campaign implementation, training and brand education.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key external experts, patient groups and external agencies.
Omnichannel Marketing Excellence
Develop impactful promotional campaigns and brand materials across digital and traditional channels.
Maximise customer engagement through a multichannel and omnichannel approach.
Track performance metrics and optimise activities based on data-driven insights.
Leadership & Development
Coach and mentor Brand Associates within the franchise.
Lead through influence, fostering collaboration and high-performance teamwork.
Support the Franchise Lead with strategic projects and business priorities.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure all activities are conducted in line with industry regulations, ethical standards, company policies and compliance requirements.
Essential Requirements
Master's degree in a scientific discipline or related field.
Bilingual in English and French or English and Dutch.
Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
Proven experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
Budget management experience.
Strong multichannel and omnichannel marketing expertise.
Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Pharmaceutical sales experience.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development and commercialisation within Belgium and Luxembourg.
Knowledge of the Belgian and Luxembourg healthcare systems, market access and reimbursement environments.
Experience in customer insight generation, market research and brand forecasting.
Trilingual in English, French and Dutch.
