The Associate Attorney will provide legal counsel, conduct research, and draft essential legal documents such as contracts and motions. They are also responsible for attending legal proceedings and negotiating on behalf of clients.
Candidates must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and be an active member of the American Bar Association. Court experience is required, and experience with guardianship is considered a plus.
