The Office Manager is responsible for maintaining a safe and functional work environment while providing logistical support for events and team activities. They also manage office supplies, errands, and serve as an emergency response officer to ensure smooth daily operations.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be fluent in English with conversational Dutch skills. The role requires a proactive, tech-savvy individual who is based in the Amsterdam region and capable of working occasionally irregular hours.

We are looking for an energetic, creative and team-focused Office Manager living in the Amsterdam region. A problem-solver at heart with a professional yet approachable communication style.
Our users are at the heart of what we do. Many of them are autistic, have cerebral palsy, Down syndrome and/or fine motor, vision or cognitive disabilities. We are proud to collaborate with them and their families, educators, and therapists to ensure our products best serve their needs.
As Office Manager you will be part of our Operations Team, together with the Operations Manager, the People & Culture Manager, and our Chef. Together we create a pleasant work environment and allow the AssistiveWare team to work to the best of their abilities. Within the Operations Team we share the responsibilities of the entire team, making sure to cover for each other where needed.

Our office is located in a beautiful historic building in the Jordaan. We work in a hybrid model, however as an Office Manager, your usual place of work is the office. We occasionally work with Dutch companies, so a conversation level of Dutch is highly appreciated.
