The Direct Support Professional will provide direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting, assisting with daily living activities and recreational tasks. They will also represent the needs and interests of the individuals served and contribute to program planning and implementation.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience. Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities in a professional setting is strongly preferred.

Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for one of our Essex - Baltimore County Residential locations to provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. The DSP will provide support with daily activities, including household chores, meal preparation, recreational activities, learning activities, and physical fitness activities. The DSP will represent the needs, wants, and interest of individuals served or supported by the program, and provide input on program planning and implementation for individuals.
Rate of Pay: $18.20 per hour
