Du übernimmst eine geschäftskritische Position an der Schnittstelle von Betrieb, Automatisierung und Weiterentwicklung. Es geht um echte Wirkung auf die Stabilität und Skalierbarkeit unseres Unternehmens.
End-to-End Ownership: Du übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für unsere hybride Infrastruktur (Cloud und On-Prem) und sorgst für maximale Verfügbarkeit und Performance.
Automation First: Du eliminierst manuelle Tasks durch smartes Scripting (Bash, Python, Ansible) und baust Self-Service-Lösungen, die unser Daily Business einfacher und effizienter machen.
Deep Dive and Troubleshooting: Du gehst Incidents systematisch an und führst tiefgehende Root-Cause-Analysen durch, um Probleme nachhaltig zu lösen statt nur Symptome zu fixen. So verbesserst du kontinuierlich die Systemstabilität.
Security by Design: Du stärkst unsere Security-Posture durch konsequentes Hardening und Patch-Management als auch die Umsetzung von Konzepten zu Zugriffskontrollen und auditfähigen Prozessen.
Enable the team: Du erstellst saubere Runbooks, teilst dein Wissen und machst damit das gesamte Team stärker.
Shape the future: Du gestaltest unsere Cloud-Strategie und IT-Roadmap aktiv mit und bringst deine Ideen für eine zukunftsfähige Architektur ein.
Proven Track Record: Du hast mehrjährige relevante Erfahrung in der System- oder Infrastruktur-Administration, am besten in einem agilen Umfeld.
Automation-first Mindset: Du lebst und atmest Automatisierung und bringst exzellente Scripting-Skills (z.B. Bash, Python, Ansible) mit.
Ownership: Du bist hands-on, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und treibst deine Themen proaktiv und selbstständig zum Erfolg.
Analytische Stärke und Problemlösung: Du bist ein Meister der Root-Cause-Analyse, trennst in kritischen Situationen zielsicher das Signal vom Rauschen und löst komplexe Probleme systematisch.
Starke Kommunikation: Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und kannst komplexe technische Themen einfach erklären.
