Oversee daily MOB operations, vendor performance, and specialized healthcare maintenance to ensure full regulatory compliance and facility safety.
Build strong relationships with healthcare tenants, resolve operational issues promptly to prevent patient care disruptions, and assist with leasing activities.
Process daily accounts payable/receivable, monitor operating expenses, and contribute to annual budgeting, variance tracking, and contract renewals.
Proactively identify property issues, coordinate effective vendor solutions, and ensure consistent, high-standard real estate service delivery.
