The MRI Technologist is responsible for preparing and positioning patients to produce high-quality cross-sectional diagnostic images while ensuring accurate data entry and image submission. They must also maintain imaging equipment and adhere strictly to radiation safety protocols within the department.
Candidates must possess a BLS certification and hold or be eligible for ARRT or ARMRIT credentials in MRI or Radiography. A minimum of 1-2 years of acute care MRI experience is required along with a high school diploma or higher education.
