Lead the daily operations of the cellar team across all shifts to ensure batches remain in spec and production stays on schedule. Coach team members through the Brewing Career Matrix and drive continuous process improvement and SOP accuracy.
Requires at least 3 years of people management and 5 years of brewing or beverage production experience, including 2 years at a production facility. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 165 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Founded in 2014 as a Wisconsin contract brewery, Octopi Brewing has spent over a decade brewing and packaging beer, seltzers, RTDs, and sodas for clients nationwide. In 2024, Asahi — brewers of Asahi Super Dry — acquired Octopi, making us the U.S. production home of Super Dry. Today, our 250+ person team of beverage industry pros keeps that same local, quality-first spirit alive at a state-of-the-art facility. As Cellar Manager, you'll lead our cellar team day to day and help guide the Brewing Career Matrix that gives every brewer a real path to grow.
Our cellar team runs 24/7, five shifts strong, and we need an experienced leader to keep that team growing, our processes sharp, and every batch in spec. This is a hands-on leadership role sitting at the center of our brewing operation — reporting directly to the Brewing Production Manager.
