The representative is responsible for achieving sales goals and maintaining customer relations within the Cleveland East area. This includes consulting surgeons in the operating room on the use of Arthrex spine products and technologies.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of orthopedic experience, with a preference for spine experience. Proficiency in operating room protocols and the ability to learn complex technical anatomical information is required.
The Orthopedic Associate Sales Representative is responsible for achieving predetermined sales goals and quotas within the Cleveland area. Sales Representatives must establish, build and maintain customer relations through constant communications and in-person appointments. This position is specifically responsible for maintaining expert knowledge of our market-leading product portfolio. You will be consulting surgeons in the operating room regarding the use of Arthrex products and procedures.
