  • Actively monitor and forecast budget, deliverables, and evaluate outcomes of projects.
  • Conduct periodic assessments of planning, scheduling and budget & risk for projects.
  • Measure and report on project performance along technical and logistic dimensions.
  • Act as first line of communication for sub-awardees to provide management guidance. Engage project investigators to develop mitigation plans when necessary.
  • Define and develop best practices, processes, and policy related to projects to ensure alignment with ARM’s business strategies and goals, in conjunction with leadership
  • Advise and help support compliance of all aspects of program contracts and sub-awarded projects, including financial, deliverables, and milestones.
Successful Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or physical science or similar field required. Demonstrated related experience may substitute for preferred education.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering design, integration or test experience on a development or manufacturing program or industrial automation preferred.
