The Clinical Specialist will drive product usage and clinical outcomes by providing education and support to hospital accounts within a multi-state territory. They are responsible for achieving sales goals, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering professional product demonstrations.
Candidates must hold an Associate's degree in Nursing or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree preferred, and maintain current licensure as an RN, PT, or OT. Demonstrated clinical experience in an acute care setting and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce are required.

Arjo’s Clinical Specialists provide effective rounding and drive product usage through educational and clinical advice to Arjo’s customer hospitals on the full Arjo product portfolio. The selected Clinical Specialist will drive improvement in clinical outcomes, develop in-depth account stakeholder relationships, and deliver long-term account growth that aligns with Arjo’s strategic plans.
They will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the full Arjo product portfolio.
This multi-state, Kansas City-based position will cover MO, KS, IA, AK and a section of NE.. Expected overnight travel: 40-60%.
