The Food Service Worker is responsible for preparing quality meals, maintaining kitchen sanitation, and ensuring food safety standards are met. They also assist with daily reporting, cash receipts, and the proper maintenance of kitchen equipment.
Candidates must possess a Food Service Certificate and have the ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions. The role requires the ability to work efficiently under pressure and perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
The Food Service Worker will assist the manager with food/meal preparation; maintain cash receipts and meal records. Assist manager in completing daily reports. Maintain high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.
