The Custodial Manager oversees daily custodial operations across multiple school district facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This role is responsible for managing staff, developing cleaning programs, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and health standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, along with 3-5 years of experience in custodial or facilities services. Additionally, at least 2 years of supervisory experience and a valid driver's license are required.
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position is $70,000 to $75,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
