We are currently setting up our team in Skopje and are looking for a UX/UI Designer (m/f/d). With our Design Teams in Germany, you'll create visually highly functional digital products that impress with their intuitive operation and outstanding design. Your Tasks

You can expect...

• trusting collaboration at eye-level - with increasing responsibility
• participation in the creation of excellent UX/UI concepts - from initial sketches to final implementation within the team
• a variety of diverse, exciting, and future-proof projects for well-known clients
• the creation of innovative high-level and detailed concepts, as well as their elaboration in the form of User Flows, Wireframes, Layouts, and Screen Designs
• collaboration on and further development of existing Design Systems
• diversity and individuality in your daily work

Your profile

We are looking for you if you...

• are located in Skopje
• are able to design an excellent first draft and actively initiate creative processes
• feel at home in the digital world and have a flair for good User Experience, design trends, AI, and technology
• already had first contact with HMI (Human-machine-interface) projects
• are curious and want to explore new digital paths together with us and our clients
• think proactively, are creative, and enjoy working in a team
• bring more than solid knowledge in Figma and have initial experience in common prototyping and design tools

We would also like you to have...

• initial professional experience in UX/UI Design, possess a good sense of form, color, and typography, and strive for high design standards
• knowledge of fundamental UX methodologies
• conceptual thinking skills and work diligently and solution-oriented
• the ability to understand and apply client material, and to question or improve it under guidance
• the ability to grasp the basics of a Design System and contribute to it
• initial experience collaborating with developers in agile processes
• the ability to independently present your concepts and designs
• English language skills at min. B2 level

Tech Stack

We Offer

• Flexible working hours: The standard workweek is 40 hours. Your core hours are 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM, during which you must be present. The remaining hours can be scheduled flexibly, based on your preference and team requirements
