The Accounting Assistant supports financial operations including accounts payable, receivable, and month-end closing activities. They are also responsible for maintaining financial records, supporting inventory transactions, and preparing recurring reports.
Candidates should ideally have an associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and at least 2 years of related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems are preferred.
