Vous êtes passionné(e) par l'informatique et souhaitez développer vos compétences en gestion des systèmes d'information ? Cette offre est peut-être faite pour vous !
Sous la supervision du Responsable Système d'information, au sein d'une équipe composée de 2 personnes, vous interviendrez sur plusieurs axes stratégiques du système d'information de l'entreprise :
· Gestion du parc informatique et des réseaux
o Suivi des stocks et gestion du matériel informatique
o Préparation et configuration des postes pour les nouveaux entrants
o Garantie du bon fonctionnement du réseau (connexion internet/wifi)
· Gestion des licences et accès
o Administration des serveurs de stockage
o Gestion des droits d'accès et des licences des utilisateurs (collaborateurs, étudiants, formateurs)
· Sécurité informatique
o Contrôle et renforcement de la sécurité des réseaux et logiciels
o Surveillance et optimisation des processus de sauvegarde
o Mise à jour des protocoles de sécurité et sensibilisation des utilisateurs
· Support et maintenance utilisateur
o Diagnostic et résolution des incidents matériels et logiciels
o Assistance aux utilisateurs et création de fiches de bonnes pratiques
· Gestion de projets SI
o Participation au développement de projets d'évolution technique
o Contribution à la veille technologique et proposition d'améliorations
o Intégration et déploiement de nouvelles applications
· Formation et accompagnement des utilisateurs
o Sensibilisation à la cybersécurité
o Accompagnement des collaborateurs sur les bonnes pratiques et outils digitaux
o Formation aux nouvelles technologies, y compris les outils d'IA
Étudiant(e) en informatique, systèmes d'information ou domaine équivalent, vous faites preuve d’une bonne capacité d'analyse et résolution de problèmes.
Vous démontrez des connaissances en administration systèmes et réseaux ainsi qu’un vif intérêt pour la cybersécurité et la modernisation des infrastructures SI.
La maîtrise ou connaissance de Microsoft Entra est un plus
