12 month initial fixed term contract
The role:
Handle Incidents and Service Requests and near desk support;
Provide services to End Users that include the following:
End User Devices including workstations, desktop PCs, laptop, PCs, tablet PCs (Windows and MAC)
Collaboration and Communication services and devices including smart phones, desktop phones, mobility devices, streaming media systems (video conferencing) and other End User computing Hardware devices and associated system Software;
Locally-attached devices (e.g. personal printers, projectors);
Daily health checks to End User Devices and Network attached devices as required
Meeting room AV and Network support
Provide effective Deskside Support Services in accordance with the appropriate Performance Standards
Responsible for Asset audits and asset inventory.
About you:
You will have a minimum 1-3 years’ experience in Desktop support.
Experience in:
Business level English language skills
Good knowledge of ticketing and monitoring tools e.g. Service Now
VIP level support experience
Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions.
MacOS support
Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices, Enterprise encryption solutions.
New user account set up and management via Active Directory.
Network troubleshooting skills
Asset management experience, new laptop allocation, Standby and offboarding
Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
The ability to multi-task, effectively determine priorities and meet SLA’s.
Excellent communication, rapport building and internal customer service skills.
