The role involves managing the entire project portfolio, driving resource allocation, and identifying cross-project risks to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, the manager will lead and mentor the project management team while overseeing development projects from concept to market launch.
Candidates must hold a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management and possess several years of experience leading complex development projects. Experience in regulated industries such as MedTech or Biotech and proficiency in project governance frameworks are highly desired.
