Are you an experienced banking lawyer ready to work on impactful social housing/real estate finance work?
About the role and team –
You will act for lender clients on complex real estate development finance transactions within our Governance, Funding and Corporate team. The role offers high-quality, transactional work and flexibility working on a hybrid model with 2 days in our Birmingham office.
Key Responsibilities
Advise lender clients on development finance transactions from structuring through to completion
Lead and manage matters, coordinating parties and driving transactions efficiently
Build and maintain strong client relationships within the banking and housing sectors
Draft and negotiate key finance documents with attention to detail
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualified solicitor/Associate with 3+ years’ PQE in banking/finance
Strong lender-side experience in real estate finance
Exposure to social housing finance transactions desirable
Proven ability to manage complex matters and stakeholder relationships
