The Head of Product is responsible for shaping the overall product strategy and leading a team of Product Owners to align development with business goals. A primary focus includes driving the strategic direction of AI and developing an AI-powered analytics platform for tourism data.
Candidates need 5-8+ years of product management experience in a SaaS environment and a proven track record of leading teams. Proficiency in SAFe methodology and experience working closely with Engineering teams in Agile settings are required.
About the Role
The Head of Product is a key role responsible for shaping and executing the company’s product strategy in a fast-growing software environment. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on product leadership, ensuring alignment between product development, business goals, and customer needs.
You will lead a team of Product Owners, drive collaboration across Product, Engineering, and business teams, and ensure that the product portfolio delivers measurable value and supports long-term company growth. A key focus of the role is also defining the strategic direction of AI within the product ecosystem, including leading the development of a new AI-powered analytics platform leveraging tourism data.
