Lead the implementation of Agile methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of government customer objectives. This includes facilitating Agile ceremonies, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of Agile project management experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Candidates must be US citizens with a proven track record of leading multiple Agile projects from inception to completion.

Contingent upon award, AMPERSAND is seeking an Agile Program Manager to play a pivotal role within a customer and multi-contractor team. The Agile PM is responsible for leading the implementation of Agile methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of the Government customer's objectives.
