Production employees use hand tools and equipment to prepare meat according to safety and quality specifications. The role involves working in various temperatures and environments to process beef for packaging.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have either 6 months of recent employment or 1 year of experience in a beef facility. Ability to work extended hours and complete safety and food quality training is required.

The work is physically demanding, fast-paced, repetitive, and is performed in close proximity to others in a culturally diverse work environment. Start time is between 4:55 am and 7 am based on position and production needs.
