The bartender is responsible for rapidly and efficiently serving beverages and snacks to patrons during performances and special events. They must also manage inventory, maintain a clean workspace, and provide a warm, equitable experience for all guests.
Candidates must possess a California RBS Certification and have experience in concessions or live event environments. Strong customer service skills, including de-escalation and empathy, are required along with the ability to lift 35 lbs and work in a fast-paced setting.

Our Bartenders primary purposes are to rapidly and efficiently serve A.C.T. patrons, visitors, students and staff during performances or catered special events, and to champion A.C.T.s efforts in providing a warm, equitable and inclusive experiences for anyone in our spaces. Our bar staff play an integral role helping to set the tone for a positive and supportive culture among the Audience Services team.
