Lead the vision, design, and development of AACTE's professional learning portfolio, including conferences, online courses, and credentialing. Oversee program planning, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals and member needs.
Requires a Master's degree (Doctorate preferred) and significant leadership experience in professional learning or higher education. Must have a proven track record of managing academic or continuing education programs and building strategic partnerships.

AACTE is seeking a strategic, innovative, and collaborative leader to serve as our Vice President, Learning Design & Program Development.
In this role, you will lead the vision, design, and development of AACTE's professional learning portfolio, ensuring our programs deliver meaningful value to members while supporting the association's strategic priorities. You'll oversee a wide range of learning experiences—from conference programming and leadership development initiatives to webinars, online courses, communities of practice, and emerging credentialing opportunities.
