The Director of Occupational Therapy Services manages and provides administrative oversight for Outpatient and Early Intervention therapy programs. This role is responsible for staff supervision, budget development, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Candidates must hold a degree in Occupational Therapy and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania. A minimum of five years of experience as an occupational therapist and three years of supervisory experience are required.
